Physical property allocation takes place upon complete payment verification as specified in the official Deed of Contract. Subscribers are required to complete all statutory documentation and site verification processes before layout allocations are finalized.

Subscribers who have completed payments can resell or transfer their plots, subject to corporate notification guidelines and legal re-assignment procedures overseen by Mimi Banz Concept Limited. All transfers require prior written approval and verification of ownership titles.

All land titles, certificates, and survey documentation issued by Mimi Banz Concept Limited undergo strict regulatory checks. Clients are advised to conduct independent physical and legal verification through designated state land registries prior to executing full contracts.

All payments must be made directly into designated corporate banking accounts belonging to Mimi Banz Concept Limited. The company bears no liability for payments made into unauthorized third-party or individual accounts.
